It is provided to introduce the concepts, skills and knowledge required to successfully undertake a project as an owner builder.
This course provides the necessary skills and knowledge required to demonstrate competency in the responsibilities and obligations of owner building in South Australia.
This course satisfies the requirements for the issue of an owner builder permit in Western Australia.
Completion and presentation demonstrates the applicants knowledge and skills as required by the WA Building Services Board
This course satisfies the requirements of the New South Wales Department of Fair Trading for the issue of an owner builder permit in New South Wales.
It is a nationally accredited course and consists of 5 Units of Competency.

The minimum course duration as specified in the legislation is 50 hours when undertaken by distance and online learning.
This course satisfies the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) requirements for the issue of an owner builder permit in Queensland. The course is a nationally accredited course.
This course is delivered to assist prospective owner builders in Victoria to satisfy the education and experience requirements of obtaining and owner builder permit.
